COASTAL COMMUNITIES want HEALTHY COMMUNITIES and HARBOURS!!

Coastal Community Advocates have been working hard to keep our communities and waters clean. We want input into how our communities will develop!

We do NOT want POLLUTING INDUSTRIES like MARINE BASED FINFISH FEEDLOTS in our HARBOURS. This industry is NOT SUSTAINABLE and risks those industries that keep our communities alive (Lobster, Tourism, Shellfish Aquaculture)

The FEDS are coming to town to pretend they are consulting with interested "stakeholder groups" about FINFISH AQUACULTURE REGULATIONS. (by invitation only)

Their proposed regulations expand on the companies right to dump what ever pest control substance they see fit into our waters to contol lice and disease in their fish and divesting the government from any responsibility to protect wild fish and their habitat They want to expand this POLLUTING INDUSTRY.

Lets tell the FEDERAL and PROVINCIAL governments:

YOU CAN"T GROW HEALTHY FISH IN A POLLUTED ENVIRONMENT!

YOU CAN"T DUMP SHIT,DRUGS and PESTICIDES in to OUR WATERS!!

YOU CAN'T PUT AT RISK THOSE INDUSTRIES that OUR COMMUNITIES are built on!!
